P - Centrifugal Fans for Corrosive Gases
Application in the field of chemical industry, petrochemical, galvanic, metallurgical, mining, food processing, laboratories and in any situation where there is the need to exhaust acid gases with a high concentration of steam or saline vapors.Get more news about Vortex Centrifugal Fan,you can vist our website!
DESCRIPTION
Centrifugal fan for corrosive gases by direct transmission consisting of casing entirely made up of polyethylene or unwelded polypropylene also available in anti-static and self extinguishing material. P.E. (-70° + 70°) P.P. (-15° + 80°).
Impeller with backward blades made ??of polypropylene, motor support, manufactured in galvanized steel with epoxy paint or stainless steel as an option.
Centrifugal fan for corrosive gases of direct transmission with volute in polyethylene or polypropylene. Impeller with backward blades in polypropylene, support motor in galvanized steel with epoxy painting for extraction of corrosive gases.
The flow field of the G4-73 centrifugal fan was numerically simulated with the software of Fluent. The numerical results show that large-scale vortex in volute were push forward, and the scale and intensity of vortex change in different circumferential cross section of the volute. A vortex-broken device was designed based on the idea of decrease flow loss and vortex noise through breaking large-scale vortex. Experimental results show that after the device was added, when relative flow more than 45%, total pressure increase significantly and high efficiency area broaden. Total pressure nearly increases 44 Pa at the design flow, and the efficiency average increases 3% when relative flow is 85%~100%. The device has a guiding significance of energy-saving for power plant.
