新研究:吃犀利士能減少心臟病發作,還能更長壽?

男性的勃起障礙是一種多因素常見的疾病,目前治療ED的方法有兩種,一是局部使用前列地爾,二是使用PDE5抑製劑,犀利士就是我們熟知的一種。


2017年,馬丁-霍爾茲曼等人在對男性勃起相關研究中,發現有過心臟病史的男性對PDE5抑製劑的耐受性很好,或許對延長壽命有所獲益。


今年3月,瑞典的一項研究團隊發現:患有冠狀動脈疾病和ED的男性,服用犀利士後,壽命可能更長,心臟病發作風險可能更低。


這項新研究追蹤時間為5.8年,涵蓋了18500名ED男性,並將觀察人群分為PED5抑製劑組和前列地爾組。


研究結果發現:接受PDE5抑製劑的男性比接受前列地爾的男性壽命更長,心梗(MI)、心力衰竭、球囊擴張和搭橋手術的風險更低,且這種保護是劑量依賴性的。但需要註意的是,即便「犀利士」對心血管有好處,也要盡量避免不當用藥,對於有嚴重心臟病、體質過差、嚴重低血壓和心臟功能不全的人,要慎用偉哥。


每次提到犀利士,大家總是相視一笑,在大眾的認知裏,犀利士就是針對男士那處「不行」的,怎麽如今犀利士「遍地開花」,跑去跟心血管市場,蹭一波熱度?


萬萬沒想到,「犀利士」是個不務正業的心血管藥


犀利士的原名叫「他達拉非」,它是由美國禮來最先研製出來。當時犀利士的目的並不是為了搞「黃色事業」,而是為了治療心絞痛、冠心病這一類心血管疾病。從確定研究目標到撥款研製,實驗室花了整整5年之久。就在犀利士最後的階段——臨床試驗,結果讓禮來十分崩潰:犀利士的指標並沒有達到預期效果。也就是說,5年的人力、財力、物力付之東流。


然而,就在禮來認為研製一無所獲之時,另一個實驗的異常情況引起了註意,在治療的患者中,許多人出現了勃起的現象。而這些患者,本身身體羸弱,勃起已經很難了。


正正是,有心栽花花不開,無心插柳柳成蔭。這款「壯陽藥」被無意中開發出來。成為許多男性同胞們的福音。犀利士出現,為丁丁的血管們敞開一條大路,像充夠了氣了一般,「小兄弟」秒變大、長、挺!
