5月15日下午，在來瑞特韋上市後臨床研究啟動儀式上，共和國勛章獲得者、中國工程院院士鐘南山說，目前在廣州流行的主流新冠病毒株是XBB1.9.1。

根據目前廣州市發熱門診的數據，在接受檢測的發熱病人裡，有20%-25%是新冠病毒感染者。




鐘南山介紹，無論有癥狀還是沒有癥狀，如果體內新冠病毒對應的抗體增高，就說明人體曾被感染過。從這個角度看，根據測定，全國大概有85%的人感染過新冠病毒，約有11億至12億人。根據相關實驗室研究和新加坡等地的真實世界研究，新冠病毒感染後產生的抗體能在4-6個月的時間內起到保護人體的作用；但如果面對變異株XBB，其保護力可能會減弱，“從去年12月算起，實際看現在已經是到了這個時間了。”

鐘南山透露，下一步應對新冠病毒感染，有兩方面重點——一方面還需要研發能覆蓋XBB變異毒株的疫苗，包括MRNA疫苗和重組蛋白疫苗，這些疫苗主要是要針對一些特殊人群，比如免疫低下或有其他嚴重基礎病的老年人；另一方面，一旦感染了新冠，應給予及時藥物治療，能大大降低死亡率。

據了解，來瑞特韋是我國首款單藥3CL抗新冠1類創新藥，已在3月獲批附條件上市，用於治療新冠輕重癥成年患者，研究表明該藥的抗病毒效果與輝瑞Paxlovid效果相當，且有效避免了因聯用利托那韋產生的毒副作用。

首都醫科大學附屬北京佑安醫院感染綜合科主任醫師李侗曾表示，對感染過新冠病毒的人群來說，體內抗體仍處在較高水平，目前看二次感染的風險還是比較低的。不過，距離上次感染已超半年時間左右的老年人、免疫力低下人群，發生二次感染的風險仍會增加，因為這部分人群抵抗力下降得會更快，尤其是面對XBB.1.16這種免疫逃逸能力強的毒株。

據了解，雖然人員流動增加了病毒的傳播風險，但更多是針對“未陽”人群，這類人群尤其要註意防護。

“二陽”癥狀會輕一些嗎？

不少人在網上曬出陽性抗原，稱“二陽”後仍出現鼻塞、咳嗽、味覺消失等情況，但比第一次癥狀要輕。

李侗曾表示，“對大部分免疫功能正常的人來說，即使‘二次感染’，癥狀也會輕一些，不會像第一次那樣在短時間內出現大量人群感染。並且之後的疫情高峰也不會像此前那麼明顯，可能會呈現一個較緩的波峰。”他提醒，此前從未感染過的人群、尤其是老年人以及有基礎疾病人群，一定要做好個人防護。

目前，根據我國新冠病毒變異株監測數據來看，本土病例仍以BA.5.2和BF.7及其亞分支為主。近期，輸入性病例中XBB變異株已占絕對優勢，本土病例中XBB變異株占比增長明顯。但目前沒有因感染XBB.1.16而導致重癥入院和死亡增加的報道。與其他奧密克戎亞分支相比，也沒有看到疾病嚴重程度增加的報道。

5月5日，中國疾控中心周報發佈《預先計劃的研究：奧密克戎變異株再次感染的相關因素——中國廣東省，2022年12月至2023年1月》。




該研究介紹了2022年12月至2023年1月期間廣東省出現新冠病毒再次感染的情況，研究結果顯示，奧密克戎變異株初次感染後3至6個月內再次感染的風險較低。在首次感染奧密克戎變異株6個多月後，再次感染新冠病毒的幾率明顯增加。大多數再次感染病例都有癥狀；然而，隻有少數人需要醫療幹預，沒有發現危重病例。

無論病毒變異或上次感染後經過的時間如何，既往感染所賦予的保護可能有助於降低再次感染後重癥的發生率。研究團隊發現，醫護人員的再次感染發生率高於其他人群。
