藥理作用:

威而鋼作用在陰莖海綿體的平滑肌上,它能選擇性阻斷phosphodieastase 5(PDE5),而提高cyclic GMP濃度,促使海綿體血管肌肉鬆弛,使血液充塞陰莖內造成「勃起」現象。

威而鋼適應症:

治療男性勃起功能障礙。

治療肺動脈高血壓。

治療高山症。

懷孕分級:B

動物試驗中無法證實對胎兒有害,但沒有以人做較嚴謹的研究。或動物試驗報告對胎兒有害,但對懷孕婦女有對照組的研究中無法證明對胎兒有害。

威而鋼用法用量:

對於大部分的病人,建議從威而鋼50mg開始服用,視反應可增加劑量至100mg,或減少為25mg。

特別注意,應以25mg開始使用的病人包括:年齡大於65歲的病人、肝硬化的病人、腎功能不良的病人,或並服紅黴素或抗黴菌藥物的病人。

患者最好在空腹或食用清淡食物後服用威而鋼,每天最多只能服用一顆。通常服用後約1小時內會產生作用,部分男性可能在20至40分鐘內感受到作用。一般而言,服藥後30分鐘至4小時是最適合進行性生活的時間。

威而鋼副作用:

大約有10%的病人會感覺頭暈或頭痛。

大約有3%的病人會有短暫性的視力問題,如視力模糊,或看到藍色或綠色的光暈。

威而鋼可能引起血壓突然下降,如果與硝化甘油等治療心臟病的藥物並用,可能造成昏迷或休克。

其他可能的副作用包括胃腸不適、噁心、嘔吐,以及臉部潮紅。

威而鋼禁忌:

禁止和硝酸鹽類藥物同時使用。

不適合進行性行為的心血管危險因數患者禁用威而鋼。

注意事項:

每日服用威而鋼不得超過100mg(一顆)。
