不到三年時間，從臨時工到年管18億基建工程的南航股份公司財務部資產處副經理，陶荔芳被網友稱為“中國升遷最快、央企最牛逼的副處長”。

時間回溯至2012 年，有人在網上發帖投訴舉報，稱南航財務部總經理盧宏業與其下屬陶荔芳，在 2009 年 1 月 -2011 年 6 月，於廣州高級酒店開房共計 410 天，房費達 36 萬元。

兩人身份證號、開房明細 ( 包括開房時間、酒店名、天數以及房間號 ) 等細節也在網絡上被公之於眾。

爆料稱，在不到三年時間，盧宏業把陶荔芳從臨時工轉為正式工，並提為南航股份公司財務部資產處的副經理。

“最牛女副處長”之所以“牛”，主要是在於她用了不到三年時間，就讓自己從臨時工變身成為了副處級幹部；她用了兩天1次的頻率，創造了兩年多和上司開房多達410天的記錄。無怪乎陶荔芳被網友稱為“中國升遷最快、央企最牛的副處長”，這種升遷速度、這樣的開房記錄，的確無人能及。

針對於此，有網友發文稱“開房有多拼，升遷就有多快”。感喟之餘，讓人不由得再次想起了那句話：“每個成功女性的床上都睡過一些優秀的男人”。

正所謂“女人要提幹，床上多流汗。”其實陶荔芳的神話般的升遷也並無太多的神奇。

男人是靠獲得權力來征服女人的，而女人靠的是征服男人來獲得權力。所以，女人在往往是樂意選擇“犧牲本我”的。

據了解，這波南航反腐與2013年南航自曝反腐案有密切關聯，南航很多高層都被調查，南航集團建設開發有限公司總經理、黨委副書記胡志群和南航財務部總經理盧宏業及財務部門女經理陶荔芳也都涉事被查。

假設參與調查的職場男性包括20～30歲、30～40歲、40～50歲三個年齡段，且人數相等，均為33.3人；

按照年齡增加能力降低的原則，大致估計這幾個年齡段每周高於3次的男性比例為10：6：3；

則每周高於3次的40～50歲年齡段（男主角的年齡段）的職場男性，隻有3人；

3人/33.3人=0.09，即9%的40～50歲職場男性，每周性生活可高於3次。
