濟南大學吳丹通過多種信號放大和框架增強穩定性策略，設計了一種新型的自控釋電化學發光(CRE)生物傳感器。結果，在控釋過程前後，ECL信號的變化增強，實現了攝護腺特異性抗原(PSA)的靈敏檢測。基於這些策略，構建的CRE生物傳感器在PSA存在的情況下表現出較強的自啟動效應，並在一系列測試中表現出高靈敏度。檢測范圍和檢出限分別為5～10 ng/mL和2.8 fg/mL(S/N=3)，為PSA的臨床檢測提供了可行的方法。相關工作以“Controlled-Release Electrochemiluminescence Biosensor with Strong Self-On Effect by a Multiple Signal Amplification Strategy for Trace Detection of Prostate-Specific Antigen”為題發表在國際著名期刊Analytical Chemistry上。
